Likewise, it feels the pain, anger, and despair of those it hurt or betrayed—again, more intensely. Through this, the soul learns not to cause harm and to become more compassionate.
From my understanding, on the higher levels, all souls are interconnected. We believe we are separate beings, but that’s just an illusion—a false illusion that may make sense on Earth, but keeps us from seeing the truth: we are connected to all other souls, and in another sphere, we are all one.
In even higher realms, there is nothing physical—only pure consciousness. And beyond that (and beyond that, and further still), at levels we can’t yet comprehend, where all souls are unified as one, time doesn’t even exist. This means that past, present, and future lives could all be unfolding simultaneously.
