Reiki is based on the traditional understanding that energy flows through all living beings, and that supporting this flow may help restore balance on physical, emotional and energetic levels.
Reiki is not a religion and does not require any particular belief system. It can be received by people of any faith, as well as by those who do not follow a religion.
A Reiki session is a gentle and deeply relaxing experience. You remain fully clothed so I recommend you to wear comfortable clothes. You will lie down comfortably on a massage table. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, relaxation or simply a sense of calm. Every experience is different.
Yes. Reiki can be received remotely through distance Reiki. You simply make yourself comfortable in your own home at the agreed day and time. There is no need for a video call or to be online during the session. I will send Reiki to you remotely, and you can simply relax and receive. Ideally choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. You may want to wear comfortable clothing and have a blanket nearby.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice and can be received by people of all ages, including babies, pregnant women and older adults. If you have a specific medical condition or are undergoing treatment, Reiki can still be received alongside your medical care. It should be considered a complementary practice and not as a replacement for professional medical care.
Yes. Reiki can be a beautiful way to create moments of relaxation and connection during pregnancy. Sessions can be adapted to your comfort and stage of pregnancy. If you have any concerns related to your pregnancy, always consult your healthcare professional.

We begin with the Reiki session, creating a space to relax, release energetic blockages and reconnect with yourself. From this more grounded and intuitive space, you may find it easier to connect with the questions that truly matter to you — not simply from the mind, but from a deeper inner knowing.
The Akashic Records reading follows, offering an opportunity to explore those questions and gain greater clarity around themes from your past and present, as well as potential paths for the future.
Together, the two sessions create a beautiful journey: Reiki helps you reconnect with your inner self, while the Akashic Records reading brings insight, perspective and clarity to what you are experiencing.

My approach combines the best of different practices
My name is Leticia Iborra, I am a certified Usui Reiki Master based in Pereybère and I have been on the path of Reiki and energy healing for over twenty years.
My journey began with Johrei, from which I first experienced its benefits firsthand and then trained to share this healing energy with others. This experience opened the doors to a profound desire to continue exploring the world of energy healing.
Over time, my quest led me to Reiki. In 2017, I became a Reiki Master which allowed me to initiate others into this beautiful art of healing.
My energy healing training in Findhorn (UK), under the influence of teachers like Barbara Brennan, was a turning point in my life, expanding my Reiki practice.
Today, I combine these powerful techniques to offer you a safe, deep, and transformative space. Each Reiki session is designed to help you reconnect with your essence, free yourself from blockages, and restore your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
